For every sale you bring in, you will earn up to R300 once the referral pays their first invoice and goes active. Once your balance hits R500 (that's just two sales) you can withdraw your cash!
Be your own boss. You decide on your work hours, and how you go about signing up referrals. You can decide if you want to print marketing material, or digitally share your link – it's all flexible and up to you!
It costs you nothing to sign up. We will provide you with marketing material (flyers, business cards, digital artwork and more) and even pass on some helpful tips and tricks to ensure you are geared up to get sales.

All Fibre and Fixed LTE services are eligible for commission.
You will earn R300 for all Fibre and Fixed LTE services (excl. Vuma Key and the Vuma Reach 10Mbps package). On the Vuma Reach and Vuma Key 10Mbps package you will receive R100 and all other Vuma Key services R250 for each referral that pays their first invoice.
As soon as your balance reaches R500, you will be able to withdraw your earnings. You can check your current balance by logging in at the top of this page.
We will send you a monthly report on how you are doing, including the number of sales you have made, the balance available to withdraw and potential earnings (once pending sales go active/made their first invoice payment).
Please remember that you will only earn once the person you have referred has gone active with their service/made their first invoice payment.
You can request to withdraw once you have reached R500. Simply log into your Refer & Earn Customer Zone or email refer-earn@webafrica.com with your full name, email and phone number, along with the banking details you want to have the money deposited into, or you can hit us up on our Live Chat.
All affiliate commission (earnings) that has not been withdrawn within 12 months of allocation will be forfeited. Under no circumstances will the forfeited commission be reallocated.
Nope! We won't charge any service fees for withdrawals.
The ISP (Internet Service Provider), like Webafrica, handles everything customer related. We handle your support, order, billing and address any problems that might occur on the Infrastructure Provider (FNO) side. We get you online by dealing with them on your behalf.
An FNO (Fibre Network Operator or we also refer to them as Infrastructure Providers), provides the infrastructure and the nitty-gritty groundwork. Such as laying the cables in your area, adding those white boxes onto your boundary walls, and then laying the last bit into your house. They do the heavy lifting but are not responsible for getting you connected and online – we are!

In order to switch ISPs, the person needs to request cancellation of their service at their current ISP and wait to be fully cancelled on their side (usually within a full month). They can then place an order with us (using your link), make payment and then we’ll get them connected on our side.
